Local property management company seeking a full time maintenance tech. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in unit remodels, turns, building unit general repairs, upkeep, basic plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs. Snow removal, grounds upkeep. Must be able to lift 50 + pounds and have a valid drivers license and vehicle. Must be able to work independently and with others.
