Description

Hello! My name is Natalie, I am a (nontraditional, 35-year-old) student at Central WA University, and I am looking for childcare jobs that fit around my schedule. I am out of class by 2 PM most days and by 4 PM on Tuesdays. I am also interested in weekend jobs. I don't drive, so jobs must be on the bus line, rides provided, or long enough hours to justify an $11 cab ride each way (five or more hours). I am charging $12/hr. for one child, or $16 for two in the same family. If you are interested in a nanny share, I would charge $9 per family (one child each). I ran a nanny-share business in Bellingham working for up to 7 families at a time where I would care for one to 5 children at once, specializing in infants and toddlers. In addition to regular care, I engaged the children in art projects, library story times, trips to the park, and even age-appropriate cooking projects! I don't have a smartphone, so I am always 100% focused on your little ones. I graduated from culinary school in Bellingham, as well as from Shoreline Community College. I am earning my bachelor's degree in psychology. I am first aid and CPR certified and have my food handlers permit. Aside from working with small children, I was a Resident Assistant at Shoreline Community College. I also co-owned and ran a catering business. I don't mind preparing food or bottles for children, cleaning up after them, diapering, helping with potty training, etc. However, I am not a house cleaner and will not do other non-child-related chores. I look forward to meeting you and your family! Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions you might have. -Natalie
