Description

Growing Bay Area general contractor specializing in multi-family maintenance and repair has several openings construction personnel including drywallers and interior finishers. These roles would be required to complete a variety of tasks including hanging sheetrock, tape, mud, texture and painting. Reliable transportation required and a dependable light truck is also a plus. REQUIREMENTS: • Demo, drywall and finishing, blocking and backing • Install sheetrock • Tape and Mud Sheetrock • Apply a variety of texture • Be able to accurately perform all levels of work and have a working knowledge of high-end finish requirements. • The ability to safely perform high quality work quickly. • The ability to work in a clean and organized fashion with a high attention to detail • Ability to follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced co-workers • Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, attics) • Must be willing and able to climb ladders and work in crawl spaces • Reliable transportation with a valid CA driver's license with clean driving record • Excellent communication and organizational skill • Excellent customer service skills • Exercises a high level of professionalism and a positive demeanor • Capable of lifting 50 pounds • Thrive in a team environment and can work individually with minimal instruction • Must be a hard worker and dependable • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire BENEFITS: • Pay based on experience • 40-hour work week and overtime (if applicable) • Medical
