Seeking a well rounded apartment maintenance person for part-time / on call. Must take pride in your work and our property. The ideal candidate would have basic knowledge of repairs as they relate to apartment living including but not limited to: plumping repairs/toilet investigating leaks checking appliances changing light fixtures replacing garbage disposals painting sheetrock lifting heavy items/apt clean outs If you have these qualifications please reach out by email with your resume and experience.
