Deborah Wilson, founder of Breast Health Connect, Inc., a 501c3 tax exempt organization, is a long time breast cancer survivor. She has dedicated the past 2 decades helping women of color adjust to the "new" normal after a breast cancer diagnosis. Our mission is to reduce any barriers to breast care, improve access to quality of care and improve breast cancer outcomes for women of color. Proceeds from the fundraiser will provide "free" breast screenings/mammograms and follow-up care to low income, uninsured women of color. Early Detection Saves Lives! We will have a DJ/music, healthy snacks and water available for participants. Chick-fil-A Cow will also be present to entertain the kids. Purchase tickets by Friday, September 16th to guarantee a free t-shirt. No tickets will be sold at the door. Children under 12 years old are free. No pets allowed.
