I'm looking for people who have handyman skills to do small projects which may include some paint and cleaning as well.
When tenants move out, we go in to rehab the apartment. Think of it as automotive detailing, but for an apartment unit.
Attention to detail is a MUST!
Work is in various locations around SF.
