I hope you're OK! I witnessed a pretty brutal hit and run near Benecia rd in Vallejo (by Glen Cove) today (9/19) around 3pm. I followed the other driver and got her license plate and called 911 to report. If you need a witness or help, please reach out. I hope you're OK!
