All aboard! Connecting, Land, Sea and Sky with Tykee from the DC Audubon Society who will help point out birds while Trey from Anacostia Riverkeeper discusses the cultural and natural history of the Anacostia River. The boat tour and bird tour are each approximately 1 hour long. There is a hard cap of 20 passengers total for the boat tour portion, as set by the United States Coast Guard. Meet Tykee at 730am in the parking lot by the dock and boat ramp at Anacostia Park (near the skating pavilion). Bring shoes you can walk distances in as the first hour will be on foot. The second hour will be on the boat so bring at least one more layer of clothing than you think you'll need when you step out your door for the day. All participants must sign this waiver, this will be how we check you in that morning.
