Plumber needed asap!

Our house is empty and we're supposed to be driving out of state to a new home tomorrow. But upon disconnecting or washer we discovered that the faucets are still dripping no matter how much we tighten them. I don't know if they can be adjusted or if we need new faucets. Are any plumbers awake or available early morning?
