Join Pasadena Audubon Society at the Gamble House on Sunday October 30th at 9:00 AM. The Audubon Society will be presenting their newly released "Birding Guide to the Greater Pasadena Area" and then leading a bird walk around Brookside Park. You can purchase a copy of the book and have it signed by the illustrator, birder and wildlife artist, Catherine Hamilton, who will be present. The walk will be a one mile loop on mostly flat terrain. Bring your binoculars if you have them (we’ll also have some to loan out). The book is a beautiful and authoritative reference to the best birding spots in the region. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes, sunblock, a hat, and bring some water. Please register/RSVP so we have an idea of how many attendees to expect. This event is part of Pasadena Walktober 2022, made possible by the City of Pasadena Department of Transportation.
