The award winning House of Smith winery out of Walla Walla is teaming up with Dish at Dover Bay to bring you the first wine dinner of the 2022-23 season. This is going to be an extra special event as it will be Chef Eddie Sneva's last event at Dish. Make sure you grab your tickets today as this will surely sell out fast! Please help us make these wine dinners a success. Please be sure when signing up for the wine dinners that you truly have intent on coming. Please cancel AT LEAST 72 hours before the event if you have a conflict with attending. **If you are sick, we appreciate you calling us and canceling no matter how close to the event we are. Doors OPEN at 6:00 pm; if you plan to come by for a cocktail before the dinner, please do so between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Cost is $130 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Sixto "Uncovered" Chardonnay, 2017 Roasted heirloom tomato and cougar gold cheddar bisque, grilled cheese crisp, bacon bread crumbs, toasted garlic-gochugaru oil. K Vintners "The Boy" Grenache, 2019 Duck confit, caramelized fennel, and mascarpone ravioli. Luxardo cherry gastrique, root vegetable relish, and maple butter cream. B Leighton "Gratitude" Blend, 2019 48 hour sous vide short rib, shiitake-parsnip puree, charred local chantarelle mushrooms, gorgonzola-pink peppercorn gremolata. K Vintners "Powerline" Syrah, 2017 Dark chocolate dipped honeycomb toffee, chardonney sea salt, raspberry-red wine gelee.
