Austin Parks Foundation is proud to relaunch Fitness in the Park live and in person this summer.
Fitness in the Park is set to take place every other Saturday beginning July 9. The series aims to encourage community activity through engaging classes and different fitness styles. Free classes are led by certified instructors from It's Time Texas and accommodate all levels of fitness and abilities.
MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a perfect blend of explosive dancing and boot camp inspired toning. Everything about this dance fitness program is big, exaggerated, and explosive!

Tenika is a licensed MixxedFit instructor who when she started going to Mixxedit class, immediately became addicted to it. "I enjoyed the feeling of not feeling like you were actually working out but dancing with bootcamp moves. I then decided to take it to the next level and get certified to teach MixxedFit. I come from a dance background since the tender age of 4 so dance is my life. And to have dance incorporated into fitness was everything to me. It has helped my health tremendously with losing weight and eating right and getting back into shape."
