Rebuilding Your Resilience!
We are care givers, and nurturers. Together, we impact a lot of people, inside and outside of our homes. We are crucial to the stability of our homes, workplaces, churches, communities, and to the nation. While we are caring for everyone and everything else, we place our own self-care, last, which leads to decreased resilience and depression.
By changing your words, through the process of expressive writing, you will be able to increase your wellness and rebuild resilience. Expressive writing has been shown to positively impact high stress levels, decrease chronic symptoms, improve overall health, and assist in overcoming traumatic life experiences. By incorporating expressive writing into one’ self-care routine, you can improve your total quality of life.
Seminar and active engagement strategies will be used to educate participants on areas of personal health and wellness. By implementing a “Call to Action”, participants will begin to incorporate activities that will help them achieve optimal wellness.
