Not all Chardonnay is buttery. Not all Cabernet Sauvignon is big and oaky. These two grape varieties can produce a range of wines from light and bright to big and heavy. In this interactive class we'll explore three Chardonnays and three Cabernets that each express very different characteristics. You'll leave with a deeper understanding of these grapes, how the style of winemaking affects the final style of wine, how to talk about what you like and dislike in a wine, and with an increased knowledge that will help you select your next glass or bottle of wine.
