Verdis is a construction and a masonry restoration company specializing in historic/non historic masonry and general construction in the CDA/Spokane area. We are looking for laborers. We’re willing to train those that are willing to learn and work. No experience necessary, $16-$30/hr DOE, with the opportunity for growth & bonuses. We are hiring long-term, able-bodied, safety conscious construction and masonry restoration minded individuals interested in learning the restoration trade. If you can stay focused on the task at hand, are willing to learn and grow with the company and you can maintain safety as a top priority while meeting the demand of tight schedules, then please apply. Any or no construction background needed. You will be required to have reliable transportation, good communication, and a good work ethic and team spirit. Must be comfortable with heights and working from a ladder, as well as, operating power tools and hand tools. Brick replacement and repair and tuckpointing experience is a plus, but not required. -Brick laying/Brick replacement - Tuckpointing - Stonework - Build scaffolding - Painting - General Construction - Keeping a safe work environment - Working with grinders, concrete saws, chippers, and other power tools Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: • Bonus pay Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Construction: 1 year (Preferred) Willingness to travel: • 75% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
