Here you will have a chance to speak directly with one of our 65 agents and ask every question regarding the home buying process. We will have 10 mortgage lenders there to Pre-APPROVE you on site! There will be lenders in attendance who have a variety of down payment assistance programs and 100% financing options, there will be lenders there with amazing programs for self employed individuals, there will be lenders there who have amazing programs for Veterans, haven't filed taxes? NO PROBLEM, there will be a vendor there who does bank statement loans, you name it, we well have a vendor there for it! Here's what we will need from you: Being that this event is an #ourHAUS event, if you are working with an agent NOT affiliated with The Agency! HAUS™️ you are encouraged not to attend. Please register! Bring your documents, the lenders will need as much info as they can to ensure your pre-approvals are accurate, so start now and gather these docs and have them with you. One month Check stubs Two Months Bank Statements /12 if interested in Bank Statement Loan2 years of w-2's 2 years of tax returns 401k statements Child Support or AlimonyAny other income you may receiveRemember, we have over 10 vendors attending, they may not need these documents for a particular loan you may qualify for!
