The conference will be held at California State University, Bakersfield in the Student Union Multi-purpose Room.
FREE and OPEN to the public, registration is required and will be capped at 200 for in-person attendance.
The purpose of the Annual Immigrant Civil Rights Conference is to inform our community about issues affecting the immigrant community and provides a hub for connection and networking to continue the advancement of social change for our community. The conference will address systemic barriers immigrants experience when communicating with and accessing community resources. Guest speakers will provide information related to health care, housing-related matters, domestic violence, DACA, the TRUTH Act, and more.
