When the tub handle is turned on, there is a slow drip tin the basement. My guess it’s a gasket in the handle that needs to be replaced. I understand some in investigating work will need to be done but there is easy access. Please provide a rough estimate and then I expect after it’s been looked at, a final estimate will be provided.
