Shifts Available Include (PT and FT): Day Shift, Evening Shift, Overnight, Weekend Only Common Daily Tasks: Serve as both a caregiver and life coach to promote independence Helping guide individuals with activities of daily living (some examples are personal care, meals, and medication, outings and shopping trips). Support the individual by helping with communication and self expression General housekeeping tasks and meal preparation. Be creative in helping the individual meet their own goals - look for fun activities or ways for them to participate in community activities. Complete required documents like incident reports, behavioral data, seizure charts, medical visit forms, etc.Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required Some experience in supporting individuals with disabilities, preferred - KenCrest provides additional training at no cost to you! Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record, required Clear criminal record, background checks and drug test in accordance with state requirements, required (process can take up to 2 weeks) Ability to convey, understand and follow spoken and written instructions in English, required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, required
