Constructive criticism is not always easy to hear, but getting and receiving feedback helps workers and teams improve their outcomes and enhance the work that is done. If we can shift our perception to seeing feedback as a gift rather than a punishment, we can then develop strategies for improvement. In this class, we explore both giving and receiving constructive and effective feedback as tools for empowerment, opportunities to practice EQ, and a pathway to confidence, competence, and resilience.
