Hi, We are SuperWashed, a new, fast paced, fun service business that focuses on washing and detailing Teslas. We are looking for fun and upbeat employees to join our team, as we are unlike any car wash out there. We are Looking for two types of roles/people to join our company. 1. Customer service person (kinda like a restaurant hostess) who greets the Tesla owners and talks to them about the services we provide, hands out business cards to the Tesla owners, so they can view our website and books services. Experience is not necessary but a positive friendly attitude and clear communication is key. This role can grow from a “hostess” into something more like a manager / team captain. This is really quite an easy job, as Tesla owners are mostly amazing people to work with. The shifts to start out will be from 8-1pm (morning shift) or 6-11pm (evening shift). 2. Car washer / car detailer (no experience necessary) Turns out Tesla cars are very easy to clean. We have developed a method that we can train you in called “waterless wash” where you essentially mist the car and wipe it down wirh fresh microfiber towels. We provide all the tools and cleaning solutions, and can train you in a one day our method. The important thing is Tesla owners sometimes only have 20mins to charge, so when we get a wash, it’s like a race against the clock to get the job done. Because of this we are looking forward to building a team of people who want to work hard and fast for a short shift (5hrs) to make some good money and provide high quality work while having fun. It is helpful if you have car washing / detailing experience though not necessary, as long as you can work hard and learn fast. Both positions have potential to grow into leadership positions as we expand to new cities, so really looking for the right people, with great work ethics and attitude. We are doing interviews immediately, and hiring this week. The process is: reply with your phone number and one sentence about your prior work experience and one sentence of why you are interested in working for SuperWashed. We will follow up immediately with a FaceTime interview for 5-10min. From there if we feel you are a good fit, we will invite you to our location this week for a 1hr trial shift, where you can try the job, and we can work together to see if it’s a good fit.
