Job description Branch and Olive is a Design-Build-Remodel Company that specializes in residential remodels. We are seeking an experienced frame-to-finish carpenter/laborer to join our small but growing team. Job Description QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: At least 5 years of construction carpentry experience including framing, flooring, millwork, general labor. Experience with remodel and new build projects. Comfortable and professional when working with homeowners Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of buildings or other structures. Must be able to keep accurate records and perform timekeeping, including electronic submittals. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Must have a full selection of tools to perform the work. High level of accuracy and pride in your craft Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to travel for work (Jobs are located in the Portland Metro area Job Type: Full-time, part-time or flexible hours.
