Need Help With Garage Door!!!!!!!

I am a single mom and just bought my first home and about 2 weeks ago someone tried to steal my bmw out of my garage, so now it does not open or close half the panels are coming off and its a mess,I have know idea what to do or where to start as I spent every last penny to buy this house. so i am hoping that there is someone out there who might have some extra time to maybe come look at it and tell me what needs to be done or if someone could help me fix it, it would be so much appreciated, because rite now it is propped up on a few buckets and i have know idea what to do. I can propbably borrow some money but not much. thank you in advance
