Stolen backpack - Cash reward

My car was broken into and the only thing taken was a backpack with a sweater in it, both of sentimental value. Attached is photo of the bag, and I'll happily give a cash reward, no questions asked for a safe return. Sweater is all white. They mean a lot to me and any help would be amazing.
