Why does no one care in so scared

I'm so scared I don't know what I can do. Please help me anyone please. Ive lost everything my house my kids my family I have no friends I have no one. In living in my car with 4 exotic parrots. There my life. There cold and getting really sick. ?Nobody will help. I will pay you if they can sleep in a warm room. I don't have to be with them I can just pick them up in the morning. I just need a warm place for them to sleep. Please if you have a heated garage or anything can I put them there. I don't know what else to do. There getting so traumatized I'm so scared for them they are my only reason to be here. Please anyone help me
