Need Flooring guy & Carpenter for renovation

Need tile to be done for kitchen and 2 bath, and wall tile for 1 stand up shower (bottom will be plastic shower pan). Also need vinyl plank install for the house has 3 bedroom and 2 small family room. Carpet been removed. Need carpenter to do misc stuff around the house like repair door trim, repair door, take down wall, etc. I'm looking for a professional person. Preferably someone with a business or some kind of license or insurance. I will not deal with people that have a bad attitude. I would only pay when the job is done, will not put down deposit.
