Part-time Position for Skilled/Experienced Handy Man compensation: $25/hr. for 20 hours/week minimum We are looking for a reliable/experienced maintenance technician. Skills needed include snow plowing, apartment turn-overs, minor electrical repair, plumbing repair, sheet rock repair, snow shoveling, maintaining common areas/grounds, shampooing carpets/furniture, replacing light ballasts/bulbs, operation of shampooing/cleaning equipment, vacuuming, furniture moving, appliance moving, painting, handling work-orders. Must be friendly, reliable, and have valid drivers license with clean driving record/background check/drug test. Must have own set of tools. The work hours are minimum of 4-hours per day Monday through Friday, and on-call. Please provide resume with references. Responsibilities and Duties Outlined above. Qualifications and Skills Must have own set of tools. Must be willing and available to work 'on-call' as needed. Benefits This is a part-time job. Holiday pay for major holidays will be available as guaranteed bonus. Any hours worked beyond the minimum 20 hour/week minimum will be paid at the rate of $25/hour up to 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
