I am rehoming my tiny male chihuahua puppy. He is coming to 4 months old (won’t grow much from what he is now). He’s really tiny so please know how to handle this puppy. Whenever I got him his skin was really bad but now his hair is coming back in and he is looking much better each day! 😊 I am unable to give him the attention he needs do to the lack of time I have..
