Full time Maintenance position for Apartment/Homes in the Rapid City area.
Monday-Friday 8-5, with the exception of being emergency on -call one week every 5-weeks.
80-hr. Paid Time Off yearly, 6-Paid Holidays, Health, Dental, Vision Insurance. Mileage compensation between properties, Phone compensation.
Some HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting.
