Rehoming Roscoe the beagle mix

Roscoe is a 40 pound beagle mix. He is potty trained, crate trained, and knows just a few basic commands. He walks good on a no pull collar and has done well with my cat. He loves hanging out in our back yard and sun bathing. My boyfriend and I have had him for about 6 months. My brother found him at a job site in January, extremely mal nourished and in need of veterinary help. He had been kept outside in a pen on a 5 foot chain his whole life. The vets think he is around 7 years old. To keep him out of the shelters who won’t promise not to euthanize him - we have been rehabilitating him and training him to be a house dog which he has exceeded in both considering 6 months ago his lifestyle was very different. Please reach out if you are interested in giving this good boy his forever home!! We can give you all of his things to keep him comfortable. Crate, bed, leash, collar, a couple of toys and his favorite bones to chew on. There will be a small rehoming fee.
