I will be a vendor at this weekend's Salt Lake City Comic Con at the Salt Palace Convention Center. I am seeking 2 people to help setup and my merch booth Wednesday, then help run the booth Thursday, Friday, and Saturday - including breakdown and load-out after the show ends on Saturday Hours: Wednesday: (Sept 21): 10 to 4pm Thursday (Sept 22): 2pm to 9pm Friday (Sept 23): 11am to 8pm Saturday (Sept 24) 10am to 11pm Job description: Wednesday: Meet me at the convention center and help me unload my van and setup the booth. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during the show duties include: assisting customers, watching out for shoplifters, and organizing merchandise. Sunday after the show ends we will pack up the booth and load it into the van. Things to know: You should expect to be on your feet the majority of the time. Merchandise boxes can weigh up to 50 lbs, so any hire will need to be able to lift and carry that amount. Parking fees are not covered. Nor are food and beverages. There will be a lot of direct face time with customers/attendees. Pay rate is $15.00 an hour in cash paid at the end of the show.
