i need advice and maybe a volunteer

So I'm a homeless dude who makes the best out of my situation. Who prides himself on keeping clean as possible. I'm crushed because I was walking in the rain and felt an itch where my hair meets my neck and discovered a lice bug. Having had lice as a kid I know when there's one there's most likely a lot more. I have longer hair for a dude it's flowy and orange probably my best physical characteristic tbh. I'm just trying to figure out should I try to buy lice treatment with my limited amount of money. Or should I have my head shaved which sucks. Because I can't go to a barber knowing I probably have these bugs I'd be so embarrassed. Do I shave it myself knowing I could mess it up and knowing how terrible I look with a shaved head. Also maybe if someone volunteers I don't have much because I'm homeless but could offer like 50$ and offer to buy the clippers. Anyways sorry for the rant just very stressed out at the moment.
