Noble Clinical Research is enrolling volunteers for adults with moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), currently being treated with controller therapies that have a combination of two or three medications. Volunteers must be 40-85 years old, must be former smokers, and must have had a moderate to severe exacerbation within the last 12 months.
