Description: At Decorate With Lights we are looking to hire fun, energetic team members with a positive and hardworking attitude. We perform professional installation of premium residential holiday lighting for properties in Wake Forest, Raleigh and the surrounding area. Our season runs from October through January. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and working in a team environment. Preferred candidates will have experience working on ladders and roofs, can work with their hands, and enjoy working outdoors. Full training will be provided. General Responsibilities - Ability to meet at shop to load vans and go over the itinerary for the day. - Ability to utilize technology with iPads for layout design and reports. - Ability to properly carry, maneuver, and climb ladders ranging in size from 4’ to 40’ - Ability to stand, sit, kneel and work on pitched roofs. - Ability to communicate, take direction and record notes properly as requested. Qualifications - Must be professional and respectful of properties and clients. - Must be able to follow safety instructions at all times. - 18 years of age or older. - Reliable transportation. - Ability to be flexible as schedule becomes demanding during peak season.
