We are in search of a Landscape Crew Leader. Small company looking to grow. We currently have a position for a trustworthy, reliable, friendly and self motivated individual. Job Benefits Salary $42,000 a year (Plus monthly commission) 3 weeks paid vacation plus 5 paid holidays Monthly Bonus Additional monthly training Work hours: Monday - Thursday - 8:30am - 5pm. Friday - 8:30am - 2:30pm Position requirements: Must be able to fulfill the following job requirements. Manage 35-40 Residential Maintenance contracts. Drive a truck. Includes backing up a trailer - Drivers License required Mowing - (Must be able to operate a zero turn) Weed control Use a weed eater and edger Know how to properly trim bushes Install pine straw or mulch Install sod or plants April - October (Manage 3-4 team members) Keep trucks and equipment maintained and cleaned. Help with record keeping High level of communication(both written and oral) Absolutely no drug use.
