Rehoming my cat pumpkin

I'm rehoming my 9 year old male cat. He's fixed but not up to date on shots. He's indoor only and he's been around other cats and dogs and children. He's very friendly and cuddly. Need him gone or in 3 1/2 weeks he goes to the shelter. He's free and he will have his own carrier. He needs a secure home that can take him to the vet. I don't want him bouncing around.
