Lawn Mowing a little over 2- 2.25 acres

% oHello, Just moved to a new house and still working on purchasing a zero turn mower. In need of my grass cut while I wait for my mower to be delivered. The total property is 3 acres but there are only about 2-2.25 acres of cutable grass (after you take out the pool barn and wooded area). 90-95% of the yard is able to be cut with a zero turn or riding mower and it is a flat yard with minimal objects. The other 5-10% of the yard requires a push mower and I circled it in red below. There's a small section (pictured below) that is fenced in that requires a push mower and the area out by the road that has a bank. Let me know if interested and please make an offer on what you would do it for. Please note, the batting cage in the picture is not there, that was from the previous owner.
