A local construction company is looking for a Laborer who wants to learn the construction business, is eager to do well, has attention to detail and can work as a team or independently. Duties and Responsibilities for Laborer: General construction Assist with concrete pour Load or unload construction materials Receive, clean, bag, palletize, and warehouse products that are delivered Bag final product with correct lot number and tag with required information Assist General Contractor in measuring and cutting materials Learn the basics of carpentry and framing DEMO - tear stuff up using pry bars, catspaw and shovels Entry Level Construction Laborer will also cleanup as needed using brooms & shovels Skills and Qualifications for Laborer: Must be able to read & use a tape measure Use hand and power tools proficiently including nail guns and chop saws Lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to bend kneel stoop and reach Job Details for Laborer: Day and Swing shifts available Project work AND permanent positions available $16+ DOE!
