Real Estate Project Manager We are looking for an experienced real estate project manager to work on our 100+ single family homes in Detroit. The work includes managing several work crews, delegating tasks, project management, and inspecting rental turnovers, trashouts, cleanups, painting, and new rehabs. Other tasks include checking in workers, managing workers time logs, and securing properties. Must have reliable daily transportation to multiple job sites and supply pick ups. A cell phone is required for receiving job information by text, taking pictures, and videos. We do NOT pay in cash or checks. You must have PAYPAL, CASH APP, ZELLE, or VENMO apps on your phone to receive payment. We have jobs ready to start immediately. TEXT only. No phone calls please if interested.
