rehoming to male cats

Hello I am looking re home two male cats. Black and gray is Adam and orange is Kevin. Both are friendly around children and dogs. Very cuddly keep to themselves but love to sleep at the shed of the bed or anywhere comfy. Very playful when plaid with they love chasing lasers and being rubbed. I’m looking for a home for them where they can lead that same lifestyle they had with us. They are not neutered and need to go to different homes. They used to get along great but past few months get into real bad cat fights not sure why. We have a basement (finished) so we just alternate having them upstairs with the family so they each get attention but together is a no. Other than that they are the best cats ever. I’m asking a few homing fee of 25$ each. I just want them happy. Main reason we are re homing is because we now have a new landlord who is refusing to accept our cats no matter what deal we have tried to make. I’m willing to meet in Indiana or Chicago.
