Live-In Handyman Wanted

I am looking for a private live-in handyman to maintain 4 properties. The right candidate must be responsible and value the properties. You must be able to drive at certain times to store or drive owner places etc.. Also be experienced and ready to do any renovation work: tiling, putting up a deck, stone work etc. If any contractors come to assist the handyman will have to supervise the contractors. Make sure the area is safe and sound for the tenants and monitor the neighborhood. Requirements * Vehicle * 5 years of experience working as a handyman * Experience in renovations, plumbing and electrical repairs  * Technical education will be a plus * Fluent English * Attentive to detail * Hard-working * Discreet * Responsible Duties and responsibilities * Taking care of the territory of the property (mowing the lawn, landscaping,cleaning of terraces, anything gets damaged must be fixed; plumbing, electric, carpentery) * Organizing repair and maintenance works  * Managing the property alarm systems * Liaising with suppliers and contractors * Сleaning  the house interior and exterior * Carrying out repair work: painting, moving furniture and minor housework  * Assisting other staff in the property if required  * Shopping for equipment  needed for property repairs * Driving Schedule * 5 days/per week/ 8 hrs per day with one hour lunch * The working hours will be discussed with the right candidate. Accommodation This is a live-in position. Accommodation for the handyman  - a separate bedroom or stay in the guest house, a bathroom and a kitchen. Salary To be discussed
