Looking for someone that has experience in bathroom remodel. Scope of work Complete demo of existing 2nd floor bathroom which includes removal and disposal of existing tub, vanity, tiles, flooring, door, and walls. Relocate bathtub and vanity (see the attached picture) Add new wall for tub Tiling on walls (up to ceiling for tub and 48” for rest of the room) Install and finish drywall for the remaining wall portion Level existing floor and install vinyl Add 3 new lights in ceiling (2 in the middle and 1 for shower) Add new lights for vanity Add new fan and the vent on outside wall New wall shelf for linen storage Paint needed areas What is expected from you Labor Disposal of trash Materials need that are not in the list below What I will provide Bathroom Door Vanity Tub (Acrylic) Sliding tub door Faucets for both vanity and tub Tiles (including thin set & grout) Vinyl for flooring Toilet Lights Fan Switches and needed wiring supplies Plumbing supplies Caulking Paint If you are interested please provide me a rough quote and some pictures of similar jobs you have done in the past.
