Detailed Executive Housekeeper for Bel Air Couple

Location: Bel Air Schedule: Monday to Friday, AM shift (7:30am-3:30pm) or the PM shift (12:30pm-8:30pm) Compensation: $40/hr DOE, plus OT pay, health insurance, sick days, PTO A couple in Santa Monica is seeking a top level, detailed, executive housekeeper to join their team. There are currently two other housekeepers in place, so it is important that you are a great team player and have worked alongside others in the past. There are 3 big dogs in the home, so this candidate MUST be a dog lover and willing to assist with the dogs. The couple would like someone that can be flexible to work either the AM shift (7:30am-3:30pm) or the PM shift (12:30pm-8:30pm). Text communication is essential as that is how the front office staff communicates with the housekeeping staff. There is a very detailed daily and monthly checklist that you can work off of. General daily and monthly duties will include: Daily cleaning, tidying, maintaining organization Laundry for the household Wipe windows and exterior door trims not usually used Vacuum window treatments, moldings and windowsills Buff waxed stone, masonry, concrete, and wood floors Clean vacuums. Replace the filter if it is very dirty or torn Clean inside of washing machine and dryer Disinfect waste baskets, all garbage cans, inside and outside Check showerheads for build up Clean shower heads with silver polish if needed Clean hampers as needed (Dirty at the bottom, etc.) Dust and vacuum all closets-utility closets, storage closet, gym closet, guest closets, etc Check for moths. Brush any cashmere/wool garments as needed. Launder duvet covers, pillow protectors, mattress pads and shames Flip and vacuum mattress every month. Vacuum box springs and frame Deep clean bathrooms regularly (clean bathroom baseboards) Check garage floor for oil, stains, water from rain. Clean accordingly Polish stainless steel appliances Polish silver as needed. Check for tarnish. Oil wood knives. Replace baking soda in refrigerator and freezer
