General Contractor/Restoration and Construction Company looking to hire immediately Water damage, mold remediation, demo, and reconstruction crew team members Located in North Hollywood, CA - 91605 This position requires you to be at the office no later than 7:30 am. A typical workday will be between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday - Saturday with Sundays off. If you live further than 10 miles from 91605, please consider your commute when applying. As part of a team, you will be given specific tasks and be able to take direction from your lead supervisor. ***This position is labor intensive*** You will be dealing with water damage loss, mold remediation, demolition, reconstruction, removing flooring, drywall, ceiling material, plaster, tile, etc. The preferred requirements for this position are: • Legally authorized to work in the US via a Work Visa, Green Card, or be a US Citizen • VALID CALIFORNIA DRIVERS LICENSE (If you do not have one, please explain the circumstances); an acceptable driving record is necessary in order for you to be able to drive one of our company vehicles. If you do not have a valid driver's license or clean driving record, you will still be considered but will be unable to drive any of our vehicles. • Prefer that you have reliable transportation or be able to get to work on a daily basis without any issues • RESIDE WITHIN 10 MILES OF 91605 • Must be FLEXIBLE (Weekends, Holidays, and on Call for Emergency Services) • Must Speak English • IICRC Certification is a PLUS • Hardworking TEAM player • Physical ability to easily lift 50 lbs. • ABILITY TO WORK UNDER DIRECTION AND AS PART OF A TEAM • PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE! MUST BE AT THE OFFICE AT 7:30 AM!
