Found this senior chihuahua laying in the middle of the street on San Bernardino ave right next to rialto park sunday night September 18, she clearly has a owner as she is well groomed and smells freshly showered. After failed attempts of finding her owner she was taken to riverside animal shelter because I was not able to hold her with me. If this is your dog please go pick her up please
