I received my BS in Mathematics and my MBA in Finance, and I am also a QuickBooks Expert. I have extensive knowledge of Excel, utilizing pivot tables and vlookups. Responsibilities, but not limited to: Reconciliation of bank and credit cards statements Monitor AR and prepare invoices Monitor monthly P&L for the company Manage the AP and the tracking of the AP for the vendors Managing job costing and job tracking ensuring that jobs are staying on budget Assist with payroll (collect time cards, track PTO requests) Monthly closes and P&L Ensuring final billing has been submitted to AR Let me relieve your bookkeeping stress, SO you can focus on your business!
