NW Employment Solutions has partnered with a local restoration company based in Aurora, OR! Water Mitigation Tech opportunities Monday - Friday FULL TIME $18/hr to start with no experience, and up to $26/hr with experience. Bonuses included based on performance, as well as bonuses for emergency service work. $250 Sign on bonus paid after 30 days! A Restoration Technician aids clients who have recently suffered a loss due to fire or water. Technicians assess client property, move furniture, will pack boxes of salvageable client items, inventory of items for insurance claims, cleaning and restoring of damaged items, drive company vehicle to transport client items. Job Duties: *Aid in restoration of smoke or water damaged furniture or items (some items may smell smokey or be damp) *Moisture mapping and documenting material dry standards and drying progress *Remediation of mold and materials affected by contaminates *Communicate with customers and clients of mitigation plan and process *Setting up and manipulating industrial drying equipment to dry out wet materials most effectively Skills you bring: *Able to stand/bend/lift/stoop for duration of shift and lift 50lbs independently *Strong people skills to interact with clients who have recently experienced traumatic events *A valid license to drive company vehicle *Able to read and count to create an inventory of client items Text "Water" to Victoria Gomez at 971-408-1109 NW Employment Solutions is a family owned staffing firm with offices in Salem and Canby
