Found Parakeet

Found parakeet in my friend’s backyard. Did not know the command “step up” but ate seed out of my hand. Has a blue leg tag and was found in a neighborhood near NE Ward Road. If owner is not found or does not wish to keep their bird, I have birds at home and I am already set up to have it stay with me.
