We are seeking a Reliable Full-Time, Responsible Maintenance person who will, under the direction of the Property Manager, perform upkeep tasks for the overall maintenance and grounds of two Mobile Home Communities. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (overtime may be necessary at times) Essential duties include but are not limited to: This position is for the general maintenance of the Grounds for two Mobile Home Parks. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; repair broken fences, repair/replace broken spigots and/or water meters, repair broken water lines in the Community as they arise and on occasion, may be necessary to assist laborers with garbage collection, reading water meters and distributing resident notices door to door. Other tasks would also include monitoring of the Park to ensure a smooth operation - installing speed bumps and/or signs, coordinating projects with outside contractors and when homes become vacant, pressure wash and clear homes out. Skills and Qualifications Required: 1. Have reliable transportation, cell phone and hold a valid driver's license. 2. Physically able to lift 25-50 pounds unassisted. 3. Ability to work in poor weather conditions at times during the year. 4. Follow all applicable safety rules and procedures. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks and specified procedures and report to management. 6. Able to work well with minimal supervision. 7. Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperation working relationships with managers and other staff. Please reply with resume.
