General Laborers needed for our Mobile Home Parks in Thonotosassa. These positions are NOT for carpenters, plumbers, electricians, foremans or supervisors. This is for Basic General Laborers at a basic starting salary, based on abilities, reviewed after 90 days. Hours are: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm (30 min. lunch) No weekends Must be able to take direction and work independently! Must have your OWN transportation and phone! Duties include, but are not limited to: Garbage pick-up daily Water Meter Reads monthly Distributing Notices door to door as needed Light Maintenance Pressure Washing Homes Assisting Staff with other miscellaneous items Qualifications: Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted Have Reliable Transportation Be able to pass a background check Reply to this ad with Contact Information and/or Resume to schedule an appointment to interview.
